Sally Dorman Counselling
About Sally
There are times in our lives when we need some extra support, people come to counselling for many different reasons. Some come for a specific reason or have reached crisis point and others may be struggling with relationships, anxiety, depression, loss, stress, panic attacks or addiction. Not everyone knows why they need counselling and that’s OK.
Counselling is a collaborative relationship and together we can untangle past events that may be troubling you, explore your options and help restore balance to your life. I work integratively which means I work in a way that is best suited to your unique needs.
I believe we each possess the resources to overcome our difficulties but that it is from within a safe and trusting relationship that we find the capacity to heal and grow. My aim is to offer you this relationship that allows you to explore your thoughts and feelings, promoting positive change and happier relationships.
Therapy can help you make sense of your situation and give you tools to handle the challenges of life.
